The Helsinki Formula and its parent company, Hair France, guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the results, and you return the empty bottles or unused portion to us within 90 days of the shipping date of your most recent order, you will be refunded the full price of that order, or you may request a credit toward our new Helsinki Platinum products (COD fees, shipping and handling, and rush fees excluded). Only one (1) order per customer will be refunded.
